PMAFA Tigers are up for another run.  This time a much shorter but faster paced obstacle run.  Master P has already registered the team name PMAFA Tigers and registered his 3 kids for the Spartan Kids run.  This is a great way to increase your motivation to train and stay in shape.  And now that there is an opportunity for kids to participate, there is no better time or place to get your kids off the couch and and setting another goal to become all they can.

"Don't let time pass you by making excuse after excuse.  We don't get younger just older and life waits for no one.  Don't be the one who looks back afterward when it is to late and say I wish I did!  Luis Rodriguez, who got me started, and I are two time Tough Mudder participants of 2013 and we are committed to paving a path!  I am 47, if I can, I know under 40's can.:-) Get fit!  ~ Master P
